Data provider
Railway and live information is provider-dependent. Access, refresh frequency and caching remain subject to the operator's provider plan and licence. My Train Rescue does not guarantee uninterrupted access or live accuracy.
Live information
Train running status, platform numbers, delays, coach positions, seat availability and PNR information can change without notice and may be refreshed at different times by different provider endpoints. Verify important boarding and operational information with official railway displays, announcements and channels.
Seat availability and PNR
Availability and confirmation information is a snapshot, not a reservation. A seat is not secured until an authorized booking channel confirms the booking. Prediction or probability should never be treated as a guarantee.
Coach position
Coach formation and platform-side orientation can change due to rake changes, reversals or operational decisions. Use coach-position information as a convenience and verify station announcements where available.
Refunds and TDR
Refund tools provide an estimate based on the selected scenario and known rules. Final deductions, eligibility and TDR outcomes are decided by the relevant booking or railway authority.
